Oh I don't know, maybe it could be from the swelling, bloating, and pain. Could cause someone to be cranky.

Women don't get cranky over PMS....PMS causes crankiness.

It's hormonal activity that actually messes with the emotions.

The secret that men NEED to learn is...ignoring it can make it worse...support is the best "anti-venom"...don't patronize, just get on her emotional roller coaster and ride it along with her...

Just understand that for the most part, she can't help it, and it is as individual as she is...celebrate it as part of "your girl" and she'll learn to trust you more...

we don't get cranky over PMS, we get cranky because OF PMS,the moods changes and we have no control over it at ALLLLL do you men really think if we had a choose we'd go threw this every month get over it, you couldn't, wouldn't ever understand it's WAY WAY OVER YOUR HEAD

Man we dont get cranky over it, we get cranky because of it; and if your hormones were going haywire I dont think you would be sitting pretty, looking all calm and collected.

hormones, hot flashes, head aches, bloating, stomache aches, abdominal cramping, knowing we are about to endure 7 days of constant bleeding and uncomfortable pads/tampons. sorry you have to hear that, but you did ask.
