Toilet paper hanging out of the back of my pants at work. My boss was actually laying on the floor laughing. She didn't notice until another coworker said " that is supposed to be a joke, right?"

I was working in Sears and had to go to the basement level to punch in. I was wearing a pair of Candies , real high ones. I tripped on the first stair, fell down and entire flight of stairs, got up on the platform and tripped down the next flight. My boss was at the bottom , scared to death. I was fine, but felt like such an idiot. Oh, and I was wearing a dress. hee hee.

um.... getting popped at on my birthday was one.
While getting ready to take a shower i was naked,then the blinds fell down.
When i slept with a sock on my face(don't know where it came from).
When i busted my head on a stop sign after school.
Trying to answer a questions from the overhead(i have bad eye sight).
