Leave it as is. Whatever she's got is all hers and natural. After a boob job (which is easily detected because they're hard as a rock) you'll land up playing with silicone gel.

she should just get it that it proportions out her body if she has a big but and little knockers then ok if she is flat in the back then her top is fine

I don't think she should get one at all, but I think she should at least stay humble with a mid to large B if she does get one.

She should do a small C cup, you don't want her to look unproportioned

No bigger than a C or she will be prone to have back problems
