I don't know what to think of it, do you guys that there is actually a big chance this will turn into a big war, or is it just like the bird flu, much talk, little action?

Not withstanding "speakeasy's" Fox News 'analysis',

the vast majority of the world has not forgotten that this started with boatloads of eastern european jewish converts (many of them terrorists) being force fed upon the Palestinians and their land in 1948 - 1950's.

The difference between the Palestinians and the Native Indians of the west is that the Palestinians are not caving in or leaving.

There was an article in the paper today saying this was all 1948 again, but I think it is the flavour of the week. Seems like we always get one when the G8 world leaders meet. Summer is not flu season. They will revive the Bird flu story again in the fall too and maybe for good reason. I read the book The Great Influenza about the 1918 Spanish Flu and there was a lot kept from the public. It may be the flavour of the month, but I think the last case of bird flu in Indonesia that passed from person to person scared the heck out of the UN health body.

Iran, which runs Hezbollah, instigated this to distract from the UN Security Council deadline on their illegal nuclear enrichment programs. They are buying time to prepare something much nastier.

Don't worry about it! Lions always let their cubs play.
