There is no caste system in America-opportunities are open for all especially education. If you apply yourself and get gooda grades then even if money is tight you can get scholarships. Jobs are allso open for those who qualify. What is true in this country is MONEY rules. If you have money everything is available to you But then it is true that everyone has the opportunity to make money. The caste system in India has been in existence for many many years and the prople seem to acept this. Once the majority no longer accepts this then it will change. But to have this change occur the MAJORITY people of the country must want the change.

There is no caste system in the U.S. However, there are several factors which influence hiring decisions, promotions and school admissions decisions on bases other than merit. For some government job openings, for example, veterans of the U.S. armed services are given preference. Nepotism sometimes influences hiring decisons. And school admissions decisions are sometimes influenced by donations made by the prospective student's family. I am a U.S. native.
