I assume you mean a cock and a rooster. They are the same thing a cock and a rooster are both male chickens.

None, really. Cock is an older term for a male bird of several different species - such as woodcocks and peacocks in addition to domestic chickens. Rooster is a more recent term used mostly by people who are put off by the more vulgar uses of the word 'cock;' it is only used for the male of the domestic chicken AFAIK.
