i'm assuming you're talking about HS wrestling.
cross country for cardio, some martial arts (stay away from fakes) for pliametric strength/balance/reflex training, maybe even some bikram yoga for flexibility and water weight loss.
my wrestling coach discouraged weight training, but some low weight/high-rep work might be good so that you have less fast-twitch muscle and more endurance.
maybe you could start a wrestling club to not lose a step in the off-season. if you do, take it seriously. this is the fast-track to being a captain and college scholarships, and it is usually the wrestlers who take it that seriously who provide the backbone of the wrestling team.

in "real wrestling" note the quotations because that wwe crap is fake but its usually about 2-3 hours a practice part is used to condition ur self and part is weight training and the rest is learning moves but my work-out was 1 hour conditioning and weight training. 2 hours drilling moves and i end with a cool down activity and a good diet would help. dont wait til the last min. to start losing weight

i thought you're a wwefreak. you know just as much as the rest of us. i to have been watching wrestling over the years actually since the sixties and at one point i was involved and had friends in the business. truth is if you mess up in the ring that's when you get hurt. if you do everything right you'll only have to see the chiropractor.
