I think that the reason that people call you that is because maybe you have certain quality like maybe you are charming, witty, beautiful, funny, love-able, a nice person to be around, maybe you get along well with others and maybe you have a good Ora surrounding you, and maybe your Karma is good and maybe you know how to be your self. Some people can sense when they are around a good person. These are all the things that I could think of I hope this helps.
