I flew 5 years ago and remember it being around $ 700 round-trip,. Now I see nothing under $1,000. Have fares gone up that much? Does anyone know of better deals from Boston or NY to Cebu, or even Manila? Thanks, Chris

From NY to Los Angeles, try American Airlines.
From Los Angeles to Manila, direct flight of Philippine Airlines and avail of promo rates through advance purchase or from reliable travel agencies.
From Manila to Cebu, hassle free connection from PAL because you will clear Immigration and Customs in Cebu. The cost is cheaper.

It depends on when you are traveling . I suggest book through Philippine airlines and get a separte airline from MA or NY to LA or SFO cause philiipine airlines leave out of LA or SFO

Hi Chris,, yes, try cheaptickets.com...... i saw the other night around 1000 seems to be the price,,, others like travelocity and expedia. .. are more like 1500 or more ......
