multiply the three by both exponents inside the parentheses, to get:
(a^9/7 x b^ -6/5)

then to make the b exponent positive, flip it down below the fraction bar, to get:

(a^9/7) / (b^6/5)

good luck

((a^(3/7)) * (b^(-2/5)))^3

a^((3/7) * 3) * b^((-2/5) * 3)

a^(9/7) * b^(-6/5)

(a^(9/7))/(b^(6/5))
