It would depend on what the abuse is. Is this person emailing or IM'ing you directly? If so, you have an opportunity to hit the 'ignore' key. When you do, a window comes up that says 'report (id of abuser) as spam' and you click on that. If they are in here. you can report them via their contact link, to yahoo security if you go in under help and pick the right topic. You can try that no matter what but as for whether or not they will actually help you, good luck. These people can't even figure out what is wrong with their own chat room programs, I have serious doubts on what they will do with an abuser. Good luck!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
All they will do is send them an e mail of your complaint.
Just forget it and move on people are cruel , deal with it and keep your chin up.
