It just seems like he has put in decades of work defending our cereal ports, and bowls, but he still has the same rank. He at least deserves rear admiral, don't you think?

Admiral lacks the alliterative aspect. I would, however, recommend Commodore Crunch.

I think he deserve's to stay a captain, because the cereal cuts up the roof of your mouth.
