come on man, how can you seriously expect to build muscle without weight, push ups will do for a little bit of muscle, but eventually your gonna come to stand still. you need weight to get bigger muscle, you think they are gonna get huge by only lifting basically the same amount of weight all the time..... COME ON THINK a little. Quit being lazy

Push-up, Chest rows, etc. Really any calisthenics exercises can build muscle with the right diet

Hi,, push-ups,, pull-ups.... pick up something and pump it,, above your head... a bucket of paint is good....then curl it...
