Yes they can.They may not have the actual symptoms but they get the full repercussions from the women in their lives.Just ask my husband how he feels after just saying one thing that sets me off in a fit of tears and blaming him for my problems.He has now learned all my signals to when I am about to start my bout with PMS.He leaves the house and comes back when he knows it is safe.The worst thing is that I really don't like hurting his feelings and I try so hard to not get to angry.
