For a change of scenery? LOL I usually keep mine unpainted unless I get a pedicure. I figure then, the polish is included in the price of the pedi, so why not? :) It's nice every once in a while to have a spash of color on what some people consider the ugliest part of the body.

Because they look cuter. Most people don't have perfectly symmetrical toenails, feet are much funkier looking than hands. I don't like my toenails anything but red, but I don't like my fingernails painted anything other than a very sheer pink.

To hide ugly toenails under the pretty colors and thick layers of goo so that our already ugly toenails can't breathe?
I don't like to paint my toenails. :)

It is so girly and wonderfully elegant. Not having your toes painted would just not be glamorous & we couldn't have that!
