Actually, yes you can, especially if you happen to ovulate early that month.
Some women may notice a little mucus with the blood during or near the end of their period. Whenever you see mucus, it's a sign you're in your fertile time.
Pregnancy is not as likely, of course, but definitely possible.

yes, but the chances are lower because during your period your body flushes out an egg and the next egg may not have been released into the fallopian tube/less prepared for pregnancy

actually, its very likely because most women ovulate during, if not right after their period...so yea, you most definately CAN get pregnant while on your period
