Yes!! I loved the ending...the big twist!
I also enjoyed the sword fight over the chest, and how they were in that wheel clinging swords.
My favorite character is Wil, but I think the best actor is Depp.
I liked the first one better because it was more original and didn't have anything to compare to.
I would improve it by making the bad guys a little more believable. I wasn't Davy Jones' biggest fan, thats for sure.
I hope Elizabeth doesn't fall in love with Jack because it would break Wil's heart. You can tell Wil really loves her when he says he would do anything to get Jack back, because he thinks Elizabeth loves him. All he wants is to make her happy.
I can't wait for number 3 next summer!
3rd Movie Predictions:
Jack gets the heart back.
Wil fulfills his promise to his dad.
They find Jack, Elizabeth fells better about herself, and not like a pirate
Wil realizes what Elizabeth did, and is relieve that she loves him.
They marry!

I saw it today with my son (he's six and totally into the whole pirate thing) It was really good. There are some awesome sword fights and stunts! It's hard to pick one favorite, but if I had to, of course it would be Capt. Jack! The choreography for this movie was amazing, and I loved how the plot includes a lot of old pirate lore. I don't think I personally could improve the movie. I cannot wait for POTC 3. I believe that Tia will play a bigger part in the next one. (Read up on the plot on Wiki) I also have no doubt that Will Turner will stab Jones' heart to save the day. I don't think Elizabeth will end up with Jack. I think she will end up with Will.

Yeah and it was alright. My fave actor is definitely Johnny Depp, as for actress, I believe Keira Knightley was the only ONE that kind of stood out, lol.
My fave scenes? Probably when Jack, Will & that creep commodore fighting for the key to the Dead Man's Chest at the giant wheel, that was pretty cool=)
Was it better? In terms of more characters: yes, more adventure/ fight scenes: yes, the rest pretty much rested on Johnny Depp's shoulders - don't think the movie could've worked had he not been in it.
Nope, don't think I would change it, except probably to work on more of Orlando & Keira's characters... but the rest is fine.
Thoughts for the third one? It's the return of Geoffrey Rush's character from the first & of course Jack Sparrow & his Black Pearl. As for a romance with Jack & Elizabeth, I'd pay money to watch that! Will just seems less of a man for her *sorry*

I just saw it, it was ok, id give it a B-, the first one was better, Depp was the best character. My favorite scene was when Davy Jones summons the cracken to attack Depp.
~~~~WARNING! SPOILERS AHEAD! IF YOU DONT WANT THE MOVIE SPOILED, CLOSE YOUR EYES!!~~~~ The reason for the the B-, is because they kill Jack Sparrow, and they never got rid of Davy Jones, the ending was so wierd, Barbossa "The bad guy from the first" is somehow alive again and they have to go to the other side of the world to get Jack's soul or somthing to revive him. Oh, and it was Elizabeth's fault Jack died, I wont say how though!! As for a third one, I just hope they don't make it worseer.

It was pretty good. The first one was better. I love Capt. Jack Sparrow. The ending is kinda sad. One of the best movies I've seen in a while.

I thought it was a bit long. I don't think it was better than the first. I really like Johnny Depp, but am a fan of Orlando Bloom too. The special effects were pretty gruesome.
I have no idea what will happen in the 3rd one - more of the same. I think the girl will try and redeem herself and save Jack this time. And of course she and Orlando Bloom will make up. The movie will probably end with their marriage.
