I love Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Cold Case Files on A & E, Will & Grace and Frasier but if you want the really old ones, I loved SeaQuest DSV, Star Trek: Next Gen, Friends, Crime Story, Buffy, Angel, And Millennium and X-Files when they first came out. Cartoons are another story. I think She-Ra was my favorite there but there were lots of others I used to love with all my heart. Good question!!

I have a tie between The Simpsons and Family Guy. My favorite epsiodes of the Simpsons are seasons 7, 8, 9. The early episodes of family guy are much better than the new shows (but the new ones are still funny).
