Me and this girl who is 23 and im 16 have been going out for the last couple days and people at church are giving my heck saying im to young she also has 2 kids with no father figure in their lif i love her to death. im just confused.

That's considered pedophilia. You're a minor, she's an adult.
Keep in mind: if you have sex, she can be charged with statutory rape.

Legally yes, but be aware of older women that date young men. It may be a great physical realationship but a woman of her age needs a man her age. I know that you feel good about it but what can you offer her. That tells me that she does not have a lot going on upstairs. Wait until you are 23 and see how you look at a 16 year old. You can't even take her out. That means the relationship will have a lot o f limitations. The choice is yours but don't get used up before your time.

No, it isn't wrong. Age should not make any difference. Most "Christians" like to wag their tongues and think that anything outside THEIR norm is wrong.
As long as you are not considered underage in your state you should have no problems.
Now don't get me wrong on the Christian part, I am a very strong Christian, but I have seen and know of the ill that churches can pass down on others. They do not follow God's requirements although they think they do. I am so very tired of ill informed Christians who do not think for themselves but let church politics be their guide and not the Love of our loving Father God.
You continue as you are and don't pay any mind to those tongue waggers. If they don't stop, find yourselves another church I wouldn't want to be there so why should you?

age is only a number while love is sumthin true and pure. im 14 and dating an 18 yr old and if i didnt have him i wuld be datin this 27 yr old so like i said age is only a number. jus follow ur heart. the only thing that matters is if she loves u and u love her. dnt think about wat other ppl think, its ur persoanl buisness and they have no write to judge it. so jus follow ur heart and i hope everythin turns out the way u want it.

She is too old for you- enjoy your youth- you don't want to get wrapped up with all these adult issues- kids?? please... something is wrong with her that she is seeking such a young man, no matter how noble & wonderful you surely are. it is not fair on her part & certainly not mature.
