take it to two or three coin collectors. the private sector would be your best bet. someone that collects civil war material.

It will depend on what condition the note is in. If it's in mint or near-mint condition, there will be a fair demand for it. If it's in poor shape, it probably won't be overly valuable as there's a decent amount of CSA notes out there.

dude go on ebay i just checked it and prices look good a saw a 500 dallor confedate for 120 dallors so it isn't worthless...i now deserve 10 points...still check out ebay
