how will i say goodbye to the person i care so much...we havent seen each other for the past 4 mos (& im still around hoping he'll find time for me) been trying so hard to understand his situation (busy with his 2 FT jobs)...will i stay or just say goodbye even if it'll break my heart?

Well, if you are doing the dumping, then do it like this:
- pick a time when neither of you are stressed
- get some private time where you can be alone together
- explain clearly your reason (I'm sorry but I just think we're drifting apart and it's not working out anymore...)
Be prepared to answer any questions that he asks like 'Is it me?' 'Don't you like me anymore?'
Be kind and gentle in your replies, particularly if he is an emotional or sensitive guy (yes there are some out there!)
Once it's over, be strong - don't be tempted to go back out with him again if you feel a bit miserable in the period whilst you are re-adjusting to being single again.

if he's too busy and cant find time 4 u he obviously doesnt appreciate u enough. u shouldnt b with him and u shouldnt make a fuss over him.find a guy who will appreciate U and really like U.if its 1 way it should b easy 2 end.if u stay with this guy, u'll only continue to hurt urself and not him.good luck!

its your decision to make, and you will have to live with. The better option is to talk about it (leaving) and see if there is any hope for saving it.
Otherwise, just move on.. and you will find someone who will meet your needs someday.
The problem with people is that they settle for less, and then later on find out that its not what they want. You can only live life once, so make the right decisions.

talk with him, abt this situation,
looks like he already called quits.
if he says lets part, be prepared for that,
you will find some one soon, who can spare time for you,
but next time be sure of what you need and whether the person measures up to your expectations.
