To those of us that have been in the workforce for a few years now- how do you deal with that co-worker that constantly talks about NOTHING,shares there personal business (bathroom info like I needed to know she poo'd 3 times already because of a raunchy muffin) with you, stares @ you if you don't respond to there babbling about nothing, is intrusive and just plain annyoing (and I get the pleasure of being sandwiched between 2 of them) I am already on the fence about my job and want to quit, and I thought being transfered to a new role would help, well it's not much better!!! I am trying to learn my new role which is completely new to my company so there is so much to learn and no one is helping me and then I have to contend with 2 nosey nellies!!!!! Where does the line get drawn? for me it was when i had to find out about the bathroom issues. I mean seriously how do you handle this professionally?

I dont know about professional or not but I would just cuss the coworker out and tell em to leave me the fu** alone

Talk to your supervisor and let them know you can't get any work done becaude of the constant bothering. Let your supervisor know that you don't care to hear abput their personal business. If that doesn't work, go to next management level up. Stay within the chain of command, but keep going up untill you get help.

Also, tell your co-workers you don't want to hear abut their personal lives and that you're not going to listen and DON'T expect you to answer anything having to do with their personal lives.

sure I genuinely have an stressful and in specific situations obnoxious coworker. This man or woman laughs so loud, I swear i will hear them as quickly as I come interior the back door of our development. they are very superb, in spite of the shown fact that they think of they understand each little thing and sense they could desire to do each little thing for each man or woman despite if it is no longer their activity. I only attempt to ignore approximately it...thankfully i do no longer could desire to artwork w/the guy actual oftentimes.

no seriously, talk to HR,,,i'm sure they'll help settle things out...if not, talk to your boss and see if he has any ideas..and if that doesn'T work, talk to his or her boss...and if that doesn'T work, i think you need to find another job :P
