How to measure for a bra:
get a tape measure.
first measure under the breast around the rib cage.
add 3 or 4 for to that number (you need an even number)
that is the number part of your size, so if you measure 32 inches, you would wear a 36.
then take the tape measure and measure over your breasts (at the widest point) and all the way around you.
then, subract from that the origanal number you got from beneath your breast, BEFORE you added any numbers to it.
for every inch of difference, that measures one cup size. so if theres one inch dif, A, two B, thre inches C, 4' D and 5" DD.

this measurement isnt set in stine however, because differnt brands will cut their bras a little differently. some people swear by Platex, I personally hate playtex, I find them all very uncomfortable, and I perfer Bali or Maidenform.

Its a fact that most people wear too small a cup size. also, you when you take your bra off, if it leaves a big red line around your ribcage, then its too tight, dummy.
