Please try to go into details! Someone will be able to help!
For now: Of course everything you see or do or hear is up against you - sometimes you will feel this, sometimes you won't! And in a way everything pertains to you! There can be only one person in your head and that's you. Only you see the world through your eyes. Noone is fungible in place (space) and time. That's a gift and a burden.
If you really suffer from these feelings try to find someone (professional?) who is able to understand (there will be someone!).
Most people share these thoughts.

What is the reference. Like, are bad things all coming down at once, or like a circle, you always seem to have a connection to something or someone involved? More info, I will try to help.

Try volunteering at a homeless shelter, or a home for battered women, maybe that can help get your mind back on track!

visit a children's hospital or a nursing home or a soup kitchen and see what real people have to worry about and deal with...that should take your mind off yourself for a few minutes
