Absolutely, sir. I'm right there with you on this one.

With spending and taxes going completely out of control, Congress allowing its minority to dominate the processes of judicial nomination, the Supreme Court repealing the right to private property through eminent domain (personally, I think the Founders would be telling everyone with a gun, a knife or a heavy object that could be used as a weapon to march on DC in a second Revolution over that one), the infringement of freedom of speech with the paper-thin excuse of campaign finance reform, and many, many others, the beautiful system our Founders installed, for all practical applications, no longer exists.

Thank God we can still vote. Otherwise I'd be moving to Iceland and waiting, Beretta in hand, for the rest of you to finally get tired of it all and start a revolution for me to join.

SIC SEMPER TYRANNUS!

Not exactly, because they do not respect our rights.

However, the government is the government that the people of this country deserve, in that too many of us don't vote, we don't pay attention to what is going on around us, and quite simply don't give a sh..(I would write the word out since it's ok for the president to say it while chewing like a cow with his mouth open, but since I respect that children read this sometimes I won't spell it out.)

So no, the government is not following the Constitution, but it's because "We the People" aren't making them do it.

No, I especially think the supreme court has usurped the authority of the constitution, and make law as they see fit. Case in point, they recently violated the constitutions guarantee of private ownership in favor of property confiscation to corporations for the better good of the public

No. I feel that the rights of Arab Americans have clearly been violated. Bush is more concerned with imperialiam and scapegoating. He'd love to be a dictator.
