John Candy was a phenomenal actor. He made me laugh and cry! I loved him best in Uncle Buck when he took the expensive china plate off the mantle and dropped it by accident, then saw it didn't break and said, oh, unbreakable, as he smashed it to bits, oopsie!

My favorite Candy movie is of course :
"Spaceballs" by Mel Brooks .... the best scene is when his
"Master" calls and he ( in a fancy dog costume ) says:
"... Always when I'm eating!"

I actually have two: 1) Uncle Buck (favorite line) "What's your "friends" name?"...."His name is Bug"..."Yea...well....what's his last name....spray?".......I laugh so hard at that every time because it sounds like something my own dad would have said if I had brought home a "Bug" and 2) Planes, Trains and Automobiles....."Where's your hand?"....."Between two pillows"....."THOSE AREN'T PILLOWS!!!!!!" The man was a genius who died WAY before his time.
