I know the movie was made in 1990, but i saw it for the first time recently and pretty much fell in love with it.

I thought it was not your typical boy-meets-girl, "happily ever after" type ending love story. It was unique but then again have you seen director Tim Burton's hair, lol (?!)
I liked it because it was distinct but definitely not obsessed. Also am a big geeky fan of Johnny Depp!
Apart from Crybaby, Benny & Joon, Edward Scissorhands was one of his many brilliant movies.
He's a versatile actor with a deep understanding of bringing his characters to life.

I'm obsessed with Johnny Depp and he IS Edward Scissorhands. :-)

He did a good job in it also when he was in The chocolate Factory they made a kind of thing towards Scissorhands when Willy Wonka cut open the ribbon to the factory they cut to his hands while he was holding the scissors, watch it, it was good as well
