everytime i try to talk to him it comes out in a really mixed up way! Like I tried 2 say How are you? and it came out You Are How! Soooo Embarassing!

try small chit chat... like walk past him and say hi..... continue that for a few days.. then move to hi how are you? etc etc.

He already has noticed you, just build up some confidence on a day your feeling good and if you haven't already, introduce yourself and give him a compliment, "you look nice today." find out if he got a woman, and eventually after you get to know him better, ask him on a day to do something with you. Im not that good at this sort of thing either, but this is what I would do.
Just get passed the nervous part and it gets way easier.

Well, you're question's really vague, but from the question I'm assuming high school, so...
Be yourself. If he doesn't notice you, then he's not worth it. But just try talking to him, or even asking HIM out. I know, shocker, a girl asking a guy out?! For shame! But it could work, I know from experience how frustrating it is when a girl likes a guy but the guy doesn't know it. I never asked out this one girl I sort of liked, and then after she graduates and already has a boyfriend, I find out she had liked me the entire time. So just go for it or whatever.

Run naked across a football field during a game. Most guys dont realize it but they get turned on when you approach them and show some backbone. Shy is good once in a while after you know them, but you have to show them you are interested too.

dont ever pretend to be something ur not! liek dressing up in very short skirts anad tight tops..
the best way to solve this would be just go up to him and say hi ..which is the best thing to do..
or look for similarites that u both ahve..
ex: if he likes soccer..and u like it too...
u should play it with ur friends in front of him..and mayeb he'll see how great u play..
or he can just like u for ur personality ex: just being very nice to someone and helping someone or helping in the environment..

Ask him for help on a school project or homework to make initial contact and then invite him and a freind somewhere with a group of your friends

Need to know more. If you are really interested, go to the places he likes to go. Find out all you can about him. What he likes to do and stuff. Than talk to him, act dumb and talk about something that you know he likes. Guys like women that "understand' them.
