All the songs I know about missing someone are old and kinda corny like; Diana Ross' I''m Missing You , or Klymaxx's I Miss you. Sorry, that's the only two I can think of now.

Here are some of the lyrics:

I'm Missing You
since you been away I've been down and lonely
since you've been away I've been thinking of you
trying to understand the reason you left me
what were you going through
I'm missing you tell me why the road turns.

I Miss You
thought I heard your voice yesterday
and I turned around to say
that I love you then I realized
that it was just my mind playing tricks on me
it seems colder lately at night
and I try to sleep with the lights on
but everytime the phone rings
I pray to God it's you
I just can't believe that we're through
I miss you there's no other way to say it
and I can't deny it, I miss you
it's so easy to see I miss you and me.

Oh! another one that's kinda more recent
Anytime by Brian McKnight

Do I ever cross your mind anytime
do you ever wake up reaching out for me
do I ever cross your mind anytime I miss you.

Where'd You Go by Fort Minor. Or maybe the classic Yesterday by the Beatles.
