Obviously I play both roles a lot; you can't be a teacher without first being a student. However, I think I'm more often the teacher because people come to me for help with life questions as well as intellectual ones.

I've always been the teacher.

Because I look at things, with an unbiased eye. If someone asks my advice I don't sugar coat it and tell them what they want to hear, I tell them how it is.
I don't believe in playing games, or dealing with drama. I believe that people are good at heart, but you only get one chance with me to regain respect, after that you are done.
I don't' believe in coddling people so that they feel better about themselves, the rest of the world wont do that for them.
I believe the best thing that anyone can teach it self sufficiency. Not that I think everyone should be alone, but that they know they can survive on their own should they ever have to.
