Not in the way you probably mean. Millions (billions) of people play the lottery and only a handful win, yes the ones who lose have worse "luck" than those who win this kinda "luck" is what I usually call chance, but it has nothing to do with superstition.
I don't believe in luck. I joke about it alot. (Irony is the only thing in my life I can count on) Superstition is nonsense. First off is that it doesn't fall anywhere. Atheism, agnosticsm, ect. leaves no room because it's 100% unscientifical. How does breaking a mirror affect anything that happens later? And it sure doesn't fit into any religion I know of. God controls everything. Nothing is left to luck.

This is a serious topic of discussion in the ancient Germanic and Norse theologies. We do not, generally, believe that the future is pre-ordained. The decisions that people make can alter the outcome. Luck is similar, but also very different. It's almost like something you are born with, but it can also be effected by other things. Divine intervention, anscestral approval, your relationship with the local spirits, your own capacity to overcome difficulties, and how good you are at making a good situation out of a bad one all contribute to this. It could have something to do with a person's more subtle bodies and the tides of energy that wax and wane all around us.

There is no such thing as luck you are to have faith, the Bible tells us that Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen, by the way everything happens for a reason we may not know the reason why things happen but there is a reason what we have to do is to trust God in all, the Bible also tells us the all things work for the good for those who love the Lord.

i think there's a mix of luck plus good decision making and risk taking skills. making an educated guess what to do is a lot better than rolling the dice and strictly depending on fate to take you wherever it wants....

It's mostly coincidental. People who make good decisions may find themselves more "lucky."
