If its for your house there are these boosters that are sold at Radio Shack that will increase your reception in your house for all the major wireless carriers. Check the link below. If you can't get the link opened go to RadioShack.com and type cellular booster into the sites search engine.

poor reception can be cause by several factors :
might be the problem with the phone or service providers network coverage or sim card....
try to do some troubleshoot before u finalised is the handphone problem ....

There is really nothing you can do! It depends where you live and if they have enough polls with reception out there. Some people don't put enough in certain places and you can't do anything about It!!!! It Sux!!!!
