Curteousness.
I have had much prompt service and man quality products, but quality products and prompt service are expected.
Sometimes those things also cannot be immediately acquired.
Curteousness is the one thing that solves problems with those situations and also makes the shopping experience infinitely better and better when the service is better and the quality is better.

Actually that's exactly the order I would put them in if I wanted to rank them from most important. Even if the quality of the product is good and the service is fast if the associates are not friendly and polite it would make me hate going there and I would want to get in and out of that store as fast as I could which wouldn't get them much business. If they are more courteous the more likely you are to stay in the store and look around and feel comfortable asking questions and talking with them therefore more sales.

PROMPT SERVICE customers appreciate they are noticed not ignored and appreciate a greeting and service .Seems like forever when someone knows your there and they ignore you .I would walk out and have.

Prompt Accurate Service.

Just to have a service that is quick is not enough, please ensure that employees are knowledgeable at what they are doing as well.
