A woman who is on a 28 day cycle usually ovulates 14 days after the first day of her last period. So if the first day of your last period was on the 7th, then you would be most fertile around the 21st, give or take a few days. You might also notice some minor changes in your vaginal discharge. When ovulating a woman's secretions usually are clear, a bit sticky, and much like the whites of eggs. You may also notice a slight raise in your body temperature.

1. You might have a sharp pain in your side.
2. You will be more easily arroused and more interested in sex.
3. The muscus from your vaginia will be stringy. If you get some between your thumb and finger and then pull them apart, the mucus will stretch from one to the other.
4. Buy a Basal Body thermometer. That is the most precise way. You have to take your temperature every morning before you start moving around. Your temperature will rise slightly when you ovulate.

the only day you get can pregnant is once you ovulate. The day you ovulate, your body releases the egg. The egg lives a maxium of 24 hours. notwithstanding, sperm can stay as a lot as 5 days in fertile cervical mucus yet maximum stay 3 days. Your fertile section are the three-4 days previous to ovulation and the day of ovulation. in order to maximise your probabilities of having pregnant, you may have sex each 24 hours in this time. notwithstanding, once you've sex on a similar time once for the time of your fertile section, you've a probability of conceiving (25%).

Day one is the first day of your period. You can ovulate as early as day 8 and as late as day 20. A woman with a particularly short cycle will ovulate earlier while a woman with a long cycle will ovulate later.

There are ovulation thermometers that tell you when your temp goes up in your body, when that day comes... you ovulate.
You could also go in to the OBGYN and they could tell you what day you are on by collecting mucosa from the inside of your vagina.
Finally, you could be put on a medication if you are not ovulating, and after you take the medication you will ovulate.
