Well the symptoms sure sound familiar, and with you being three weeks late, one would wonder. However, I would go in for a blood test to be sure. :)

Since you've had your tubes tied, it is unlikely that you are pregnant. Especially if you had a good surgeon who did so. Since you've already taken quite a few tests, and no pregnancy hormone was detected, then you are for sure not pregnant.
However, your symptoms sound more like the early signs of menopause. Menopause is not just hot flashes. I would suggest calling your doctor and schedule an appointment.

Have you come in steady contact with a new female, they say and I've experienced it, that there is a dominance in females and usually the other females with fall in line with her menstrual cycle! Could be that!(your period being late and tender boobs)
As far as being tired and nauseous could be all in your head!Go to the Dr. and have a PG test done!

Just went through that. Had tubal miscarried. Maybe you should go to Dr to see whats happening. Now my chances for tubal are high and my Dr is considering a hysteroctomy.

It could be a possible tubal pregnancy, which can be very dangerous. I would definitely see your doctor right a way. A tubal pregnancy can cause internal bleeding and other complications.
