In the context of a relationship, I'd be willing to work with whatever they've got. If he wanted a strap on, that works, but if he was doing that just for me I think it would probably be unnecessary. In the context of a hookup: same as any other hookup; if I think he's attractive. Genitalia are not something I usually look for in a man, regardless of context.
