does it get the parental advisory for one curse in the whole entire album?

Nope, an example of this is Tsunami Bomb's "The Definitve Act" They use it once in the song "Epic" and it doesn't have parental advisory.

Not always. I bought the James Blunt CD at Starbucks and there was no parental advisory on it and I listened to that song that is on the radio called "Your'e Beautiful" or something and it had the F-bomb in it. On the radio they have a different word and I wish the cd was the same cuz i think it ruins the song. But that is one example of it. I think only if they use a lot of vulgar language do they put the parental advisory on it.

It all depends on the record label. Most times 1 f word won't make it parental advisory.
