I really going bonkers with this stupid china man!!! I already gave him a cold shoulder, but I dunno why he still keeps trying to chat me up!!! And when he talks, he always give me a cheeky smile or a sly grin like he is going to eat me up!!!! Fxxx him!!! I already maintain a no nonsense only work relation, but he stills keeps pushing him luck! Either that, he will find a chance to come into my office to ask me things!!! He is a PERVERT! He also come & told me the previous colleague who has the same name as me always talk to him & joke to him! ****! What! He thinks I am prostitue is it! I really hate him to the core! What should I do! If I were to tell my boss, I think my boss will ask me to leave the co! But I cant, I need this job!!! Pls tell me how to deal with the JERKASS! U CAN ALWAYS REPORT TO THE POLICE. WHY WOULD UR BOSS KICK U OUT OF THE COMPANY? WHY WOULD A COMPANY CARRY SUCH PERVERT? JUST TRY UR LUCK IN REPORTING TO SOME HIGH AUTHORITY. Well,I believe that you have actually run out of idea in dealing with such a colleague. Try finding a new job in other company even though you love your job there. But with such a colleague working with you, it's a matter of time that you might "explode" up and it may be even worst.
I think by staying in your current company it really don't do you any good. It's a matter of time when things will go worst if you dun take action now.

first of all, stop using vulgar words and that already makes u look like an indecent lady already. jerkass like him will feel even better or rather more excited and he will still continue to harass u till he beded u.
well, there is noting u can u do now since u have done so much to avoid him but just be cool and relax and let time take its course and i believe 1day he will give up on u.
A pervert like him will only give up on u when he sees another lady that attract his eyes again and finds u bored and got no taste and all this takes time unless u have a collegue that can seduce him, but again i dont tink u want to hurt yr colleque and get yr collegue involved too.

Just be nice. He's probably being friendly. If he's asking inappropriate questions, you can say you're very busy. I used to have a coworker who hung around my office too often, making unwanted advances on my office mate and me. I went to my boss and she spoke privately to the coworker's manager. If you think your boss will ask you to leave the company, then just be cordial to the person, but drop more hints that you are bothered by his presence. However, some people really are friendly and they may not know their boundaries.

I think I figure out what you are trying to say. First, I hope you are not in a position where language nor spelling are important...now for the harassment part, once you report it to your boss it is a harassment complaint. I would do it through email so you have paper trail. Don't forget to do the spell check!!!

When he goes to ask u something tell u dont know and send him to another coworker. and when he is bugging tell him u dont have time for this and u r really busy if u can this is evil but find a another coworker to hook him up with just say so and so was talking bout him and you think that he should find a way to talk to them more
