I've met plenty as I work part time for a magazine, which covers celebrity events. Some of my favorites are:

Catherine Bell (she's a sweetheart and her daughter is precious)

Fred Griffith (he's very nice, and very charming)

Johnny Bosch (he's hilarious)

Kevin Costner (dirty old man... but takes a good picture)

Tons of Figure Skaters, such as Scott Hamilton, Chen Li, Todd Eldredge, etc.

Cheech Marion is freaking awesome. The best there is. lol

I've met lots of famous people. Seen Bruce Willis on the set of Sunset (he's the only one of that whole cast who wouldn't sign autographs), seen Arnold Schwarzenegger get his star on the walk of fame and got invited to the Predator premire, babysat Mouseateer Bobby Burgess's kids and swam in his pool. Spent two months in California doing nothing but going to celebrity events. Gotten lots of autographs and pictures. Sometimes they will chat a bit with you but mostly they got somewhere to go so they stick around long. You can check out my yahoo 360 photos to see some of the famous people I met. My brother has been a extra for over ten years so he has lots of pictures. They are also on my 360 page. WARNING Contains Adult Content but you can view my photos without actually reading any of my stories.

I met up with Chow Yen Fat (Hong Kong Cantonese Actor - "Shanghai Noon") at Hong Kong airport a few years ago with his wife and crew members.

However, I did not have a conversation or get his autograph as he was "shield". Moreover, in God's Grace, remember U are special in your own way - Meeting up with someone famous does not mean the necessity to "crawl up and cuddle into their league" - maybe take a picture is good but at that time, my camera was not available.

Luv and treasure yourself n be "famous" in your own reign. Meeting up with anyone famous like Mr Lee KY, Roger Moore, Queen Elizabeth, Brad Pitt etc is a good blessing but need not necessary be fortune as many of them "put on a forfront to be nice to greet you but need not treasure your friendship or company at all-face the truth in this competitive world and "kiasu" mentality of reaching to the top and be Number 1 in all areas but all are born the same. Hope you become famous one day in your own GRACE and be LUV - all the best

Joan Rivers when she came out after her show on Broadway. She was very nice. Stood and signed autographs until everyone got one. Saw John McEnroe and Tatum O'Neill buying a ton of CDs in NY when they were still married. They were in line like everyone else. Nobody said anything to them. He was wearing a hard hat. Waved to the late Telly Savalas when he was in a restaurant at the window table. He waved back. Davy Jones of the Monkees. He was doing a book signing. Lots of soap opera people from Another World and All my Children.

I met Pauly Shore. He signed a 1 dollar bill I had on me and my shirt. I met Buck Owens. My mom used to work for him and I know his family. He was really nice. I got knocked down by John Wayne when he was at Virginia City, NV, filming his last movie. Dad has his autograph from that.

I met Leann Rimes two years ago or so. I took her autograph and I told her she sang beautifully. She was really sweet to me. Not much of a conversation, but she is my favorite singer, just the fact that I got to see her made me feel amazing... :D
