Do you have dial up or broadband? (DSL ,Cable) Could be many things...My 2 cents worth is: try running an anti-virus scan and a spyware scan to see if there's a little nasty in there slowing down your computer. Also, do a thorough cleaning of your system. If you need help with that, I'm sure someone you know will know how to do it. Do you have XP? I'm on W2K , so the procedure may be slightly different...If you have a firewall (and you probably should) check to see if the website you want to use is listed as "blocked." If so, there may be a reason. If you're sure of the site, your firewall should have an "ask" setting, so it will prompt you to access a web page or site. If you can, activate the "ask every time" (or something similar) thingy. You'll get a prompt every time you try to visit a new website, and it is annoying, but it's a good way to see what your computer is and is not allowing in or out...If you don't have an anti virus program, I highly recommend doing a scan with Trend Micro Housecall. It's an on-line virus and spyware scanner that works very well and is a Free service...Well, all this probably has nothing to do with your problem, but hopefully I was of some help.... If you're concerned about security, check out grc.com. That'll scare ya! But it also has great info and free little apps that help protect your computer....Whew! ok, I'm outta here...Good Luck...

They may be too large so you should put them in your photo editor program and resize appropriately. You may need to upload a few at a time instead of trying to do a huge number. Finish a group and go back to do more.

i had this problem before. try downloading this program Irfanview from http://www.irfanview.com/. it works great in resizing pictures. when it's downloaded, open it, then open the picture you want to resize. then click image, then resize. save it, then try to upload that file. It should work for any site. it worked great for me!
