Maybe you don't really want to do it? What are your real motivations? Is it something you "should" do or something that you, deep inside really _want_ to do?

Find your true motivation - obviously an MBA is just a tool to help you achieve another dream, so that dream should be your motivation. If you truly believe the MBA is the right way to make the dream come true, then find ways to remind yourself daily - hang a picture, or a large-font phrase over your desk.

Then, schedule time each day. Consciously decide that "I will not watch sports for 2 hours each nite, and limit my weekend sports to 1 hour, because my dream is worth it. Use the numbers and specifics that work for you.

List down the things you have to do. Break them into maybe three groups: have to do in the next couple days, should do in the next couple days, need to do but can wait a bit. Then number the first group according to what's most critical. Start on your list, working from the most important first.

If you still aren't getting things done, for each task write down how long you think it will take you to do - add up the times, maybe you've just got more scheduled than is reasonable. If so, you have to figure out what can wait, or how to make more of your time available for your task list.

Good luck

don't schedule a lot of things. write down what needs to be down that's important on that day and what you have to do that on a to do list. write your to do list on 3 different places, such as a blackberry, a day timer,....as a reminder. Set aside study time for sure. Don't study straight, I would study in increments of 3-4 hours with a break in between normally 10-15. MBA takes a lot of work, but it's doable. I have an MBA from Washington University.
