Well, if he's in the U.S., and the picture was made today, there's an excellent chance he is hot. I just saw where the high temperature hit at least 90 degrees all across the country today, so even if the picture wasn't made today, it's probably safe to assume he was still hot today. He may still be hot tonight. It hasn't cooled down much yet where I live. I can certainly say I was hot today. Hope this helps!

Hot but I answered one of his questions and he asked about cheating. So he is hot but Not that hot I would forgive him. He looks like a total jerk though. completely into his looks and doesn't care about how he treats a girl because there will always be another.
