I am just curious about this cause I know someone who was deployed there and I was wondering what time they would be getting up there...

Kosovo is in Bosnia I believe, and they are roughly 6 hours ahead of us on the east coast of the US.

Kosovo is a province at the south of Serbia, but it is possible that it will become an independent country within the next year and a half. A vast majority of people who live there are Albanians. It is in the Central European Time Zone. For example, if it's eight o'clock in London, then it's nine o'clock in Kosovo. As I'm writing this, it's between three and four o'clock a.m. there.
