For some reason, I cant get into my yahoo messenger. It says I am not connected or something. I can't even get to my internet explorer. It says this page can not open. I don't know why and I am not very smart with the computers. So if someone could maybe explain why it is doing this it would be much helpful. Oh and I can get on to my yahoo mail so the fact that I can't get on the messenger don't make too much sense. Thanks

Since you can get to your email try to go here and run the online Malware scan and removal.

I'm afraid I'm not going to be much help but I will comiserate with you. I have also not been able to get my messenger to open. I think since Yahoo put out their 8.0 beta messenger, a whole area of messengers has gotten messed up somehow.

I did read on their security page that there has been a serious problem with internet explorer. You should check the link below and see if there is something you might need to upgrade.

Good luck. I've been on the phone and online with every computer technician I know of but so far - nothing. I'll keep trying. I miss chatting with my friends too.

Its possible that you have too many windows open. Sometimes when you enlarge a window it goes over your bottom start row and you can't see what is already open, so start by minimizing your windows to get to the start. If thats not it, go to your mail page and hit home, that should take you to where you want to go.
