Whose disappointed that ugly as sin Sara wasn't kicked off Hells Kitchen? I was hopeful she would be leaving after her horrible performance.

For pops. I feel Ramsey made the correct choice, Marible (sp?) was a horrible leader and Chef was correct for choosing her.
It's refreshing to see people feel the same about Sara that i do. Well there's always next week for her to get kicked. I can't wait to see the next episode it looks so great!!
I'm still laughing because of Sara's major screw up tonight after she was sure she would do tonights service flawlessly.

To Braingamer, i agree fully with you. No one would ever work for her. Sara may fully know this is a competition but it also teaches them how to work as a team and only a successful team will make a successful restaurant which she doesn't seem to get. I'm placing my bets on Heather, and possibly Keith. It's tough to pick a second person though because no one besides Heather has proven themselves in my opinion, so hopefully i'll know in the next episode.

I was really shocked that Sara didn't get kicked off. I really don't like her, but I think that Ramsey made the right decision. hopefully next week it will be Sara that gets sent home.

Yeah, I was mad. Ramsey could've kept Maribel for 1 more week. Yeah, she hasn't emerged as a leader, but the "leaders" of the red kitchen are bumping heads. They jacked up their own dishes, & wouldn't even let Maribel give any input. Sara's lamb chops were supposed to be the greatest in the world according to her, but she never even got one out of the kitchen. And stupid 2-faced Virginia couldn't even serve raw fish. How hard is it to slice fish & put it on a plate? And last week she was all mad because Ramsey called her a liar & Sara didn't say anything about it not being true, & she did the same thing to Maribel tonight when they were all on the chopping block.
On a good note for Maribel, she gets to go back to her husband & daughter. I think she was letting her homesickness affect her performance anyway.

While Chef had a valid point about Maribel's leadership, Sara the She-Devil would have to run her restaurant single-handedly. Who in their right mind would want to work for her? She'd be the boss from hell - blaming everyone else for her own mistakes. And, as far as learning from her - it would be a total waste of time. Now, Heather can lead by example. So can Keith if he's given half a chance, but I don't see him winning.

I just started watching it 7 minutes ago. Now I know that Sara doesn't get kicked off. It's a good thing you didn't tell me who does get the axe.

I certainly am! I think she smacks of trailer trash. I liked Rachel a lot and I sort of like Maribel, but I think she needs to focus on the competition at hand.

She stunk it up, for sure; but I think Ramsey was right, he needs a leader, and Maribel ain't one.
