People are born so that the world would go on. Even though some people can or cannot have babies. The world still must go on until the world ends. People die because it is time for them to die. They might have a diease, cancer, oldness, murder, or suicide. They wear digital watches so they can see the time. Some wear them and some don't but they are used to keep track of time. I'm a counselor that why I know so much about the things you are asking. Talk to u later.

Not being a learned philosopher, the best I can offer is this; we're born because it's the only way to get here, we die because we eventually get old and worn out. I don't at all understand the attraction for digital watches, and therefor don't wear one, but I believe we all wear some sort of watch in order to mark how much time we're wasting.

Birth and death are simply opposite ends of the life. It is a natural phenomenon considering the dualistic nature of our reality (hot-cold, on-off, light-dark, etc.) To experience any singular state without change would be to experience nothing at all, to be lifeless.
Time is ruler by which we judge the travel between these states. Digital watches are currently much more convenient than judging shadows cast by the sun and interestingly enough, function by binary methodology. Binary being a most rudimentary expression of natures duality... and thus we arrive where we began.

I think the answer has something to do with the movement of small green pieces of paper, which is odd because, on the whole, it's not the small green pieces of paper that are unhappy.
