which one of those 2 are better
the 2nd one has 4 more PCI slots
but only goes up to 2 gig of ram
the 1st one only has 1 pci slot
but goes up to 4 gig of ram

both MSI? never had much luck with those. Go Giga-byte...loads more stable

It all depends on what you want out of your PC.

Do you plan to be adding more than 2 gig of memory? For most uses, 1 gig total is more than plenty. I can't imagine casual users ever needing more than 2 gigs.

Also consider the cost of having that much memory. Would you do that?

Also, what do you plan to add that will consume slots? Most motherboards (two mentioned included) have everything you need already onboard.

Neither one is a clear winner.

i would choose the msi it doznt have a mail in rebate and there the #1 video card manufacturer and have a very good reputation

They both rock! 1000MHz front side bus, PCI express! Both Mo Fo's will fly!

depends on what you are doing with your computer and what your wonting to put in it .............persinly i would not go for eather of those,, look into a 64 bit......... youll need it nexy year,,,,,, the new os vista runs on 64 bit
