I'm one of those people that tends to be a follower. Even last night, I was on this site, and I saw a few people that were asking questions about pregnancy. Their questions were like "Can I get pregnant this way...or that way", questions like that. So I asked a question similiar to a few questions that were being asked. I already knew the answer to the question, but I just asked it because I tend to be a follower and it was late (in the morning) when I asked. The few questions that were similiar to mine didn't really get any scarastic remarks but my question did. I'm just wondering on how I might be able to change it and became more of a leader because I've always been this way. I just want to see if anybody can come up with any great ideas. Sorry if this might sound stupid to anyone. I would hope that whenever someone asks a question on this site, that people could not jump right in and assume that they must be stupid or really young. People ask questions for a helpful opinion.

People tend to look at your status as a member. If you're new they like to point out any mistakes you make. There's nothing you can really do about except remember not to do it when you're an established member.

Learn to speak up for yourself and be confident in what you believe in! Don't be intimidated by people....they are no better than anyone else! Don't think anyone is any better than you. Try something new sometimes. Be the one to make a decision for a change...do not let someone else make it for you. I have always been told that I am a natural leader, but I was very bashful when I was younger. I have learned to be outspoken no matter what anyone else thinks. Keep in mind that you always want to think before you speak though...once it is out...it is out!! Remember that you can only please some of the people some of the time and not all of the people all of the time. You will always have that smart remark...that usually comes from someone who can't come up with anything intelligent! Just ignore...it will happen...just shows their IQ.
Good luck...it won't happen over night...take little steps at a time...it will make you feel good about yourself!

If you only realized just how simple the answer is.

A true leader is the one who admits they do not know everything and asks questions from the people who know.

That person then uses that information to create an opinion and then acts.

Those that cannot answer you question in a genuin manner is a genuin follower. Thay answer abrasively simple because they do not want to admit they are not sure of themselves.

You questions alone show potential for leadership.
Keep up the good work.

super, very considerate question, Chad. the answer to how Paul got here to be so well-known is placed in scripture itself. on the line to Damascus, it replace into Jesus Christ who called Paul to ministry. bear in mind additionally that 2 others who have been with Paul heard Christ call to him. After Paul replace into blinded, Ananias had a innovative and prescient that advised him to circulate and locate Paul, and heal him. Ananias, you will bear in mind, replace into afraid of Paul and his recognition for persecuting Christians. it is particularly sparkling that Paul did no longer only make up his conversion tale. There are helping information and witnesses that make that somewhat no longer likely. After his conversion, Paul spent 3 years with the disciples, studying of Jesus. Acts, written with the aid of the disciple Luke, information the story of Paul's conversion and the assertion advised to Ananias that Paul is a "chosen vessel" for serving Christ. The disciples and the early church genuinely did no longer take challenge with Paul's teachings, even mutually as they have been rejecting adulterations of the gospel with the aid of communities like the gnostics. The church copied and shared Paul's writings as though they have been scripture, so as that we've immediately a brilliant form of very early copies of his works. Paul's pedigree is unimpeachable. It has replace into famous immediately for many non-believers to declare that Paul altered Christ's message, or Paul is in charge for making Christianity some thing distinctive. it is only no longer authentic, and is an assertion based upon lack of know-how of scripture.
