You both are way to concerned with breasts.

some ladies are just less 'endowed' than others, skinny gals especially tend to be less endowed.

It sound to me like you are both too young to worry about size. everyone develops at different rates, n you both are currently STILL DEVELOPING.

You can't force boobs to grow, its a genetic thing.
And they ain't that great to have, either. I'm a DD, I would love to be able to go bra-less! but instead, I'm stuck in one, its too uncomfortable to NOT wear one, I even wear one to bed. plus, Button up shirts NEVER button over my chest properly, and its hard to find clothes that fit right.

Small breasts are beautiful too, they stay perkier more, and they age much better over time! Enjoy what you have, and wear 'um proud!

Well there is no right or wrong in that area some don't develop until 16. It may seem like the end of the world now but believe me it's not. There are pros and cons whether you are small or large. The big pro in being smaller no backaches and you don't drop with age. Worry about developing your self image and mind! That is something you will need throughout your life the rest fades.

if your the right size than stay like that be happy of who u r...and bout your friend well some girls take longer to develope certain things and the things you eat r a big part of growing up.. so dont worry but if your really curious then i would suggest that you both take a trip 2 the doctors....

Your friend hasn't gone through puberty yet, or is a late bloomer. Nothing wrong with that. I have a friend who is 14 and TOTALLY flat. You on the other hand, if you already had your period, youre done growing.Gaining a little weight will make them larger.

growing takes time. and if your not pleased with ur size when ur done growing that is why we invented breast inplants. drink lots of milk as a young adult, and just be healthy. thers nothing u can do to make your brest grow, and your friend should wear a sports bra just to wear one. im sure her nipples are soar from letting her shirt rub on them all day!
