I think it sounds like your body is paying the price for all the stress you are under. Do you still have a headache? Do you have any numbness? If so, you should see a doctor. If not, it sounds like you need to have a cool drink and lay down and rest or sleep. Breathe slowly and deeply. Good luck!

Ive been through something like that once, but it wasnt as extreme. And the not caring part, thats natural for me.
I cant really say anything, but maybe, if you dont find anything useful here, see a doctor and tell him anything and everything. Even if it may sound unimportant.

Its called a migraine. Take some Excedrin Migraine Strength. It has caffeine in it, which is a vasodilator which will allow more blood to flow to your brain. Lay down and it will go away in a couple of hours.

take a couple of disprin go into a really quiet dark room and go to sleep. youll wake up alot better and be able to think clearer. dont even bother getting up for anyone
